In assessment we guarantee:

We will help you choose the right person for the right place. We ensure you can make the hiring decision with confidence. We are certain we can provide a complete picture of any candidate, clearly showing the strengths and weaknesses of any person, with reference to the considered position.

In recruitment we guarantee:

We will get you the right person who will fit with your corporate culture and will perform.

In the event that an employee is dismissed or resigns within the guarantee period, a suitable replacement will be made or a credit equal to the amount of the original fee will be issued toward your next placement. This credit will be valid for a period of twelve months from the original employment date.
The guarantee can be applied only once on any assignment and is dependent on U-MAN Associated Consultants being notified in writing within 5 days of such termination or before the end of the guarantee period (which ever is sooner).
The guarantee relates to the replacement only; there is no refund or cancellation of fee and guarantee does not cover circumstances such as illness or death of a candidate.
This guarantee is contingent upon payment according to terms.
